Alkyd Paint

It is mainly composed of water and has all the advantages of acrylic paint, with the only difference that it has undergone chemical modification.
It contains alkyd resin combined with other binders, such as vinyl, silicone and urethane, substances generally used for oil paints.

Use: This water-based paint is applied in all rooms and on any prepared support.

Benefits:

• Little or no odor
• It applies on all surfaces
• It is washable
• Highly resistant

Downsides:

• White alkyd paint may turn yellow over time
• Drying can take a long time.

Natural or Organic Painting

It is mainly composed of natural products such as castor oil and rosemary.
For the solvent, they usually use turpentine or just water.
The pigments can be mineral or natural.

Use: it adapts to all rooms, especially bedrooms.

Benefits:

• Highly resistant
• Slows mold growth
• It is washable
• It does not contain heavy metals or volatile compounds harmful to the environment

Downsides

• The choice of colors is sometimes limited
• It can cost a little more than the others
• Drying can take a long time.
